Namaste India in March

Poor customer service. According to the website the delivery should be with in 55 minutes but i am waiting more than 1.5 hours for the delivery. We do pay upfont through their app thinking the service will be better but not at all. Quantity and tasty wise OK! . But very disappointed with their customer support through the phone. Not even single sorry for the delay :-).

Order came 20 minutes late, despite pre-order. Food was maximally lukewarm. The starters are a joke! Price / performance poor ... 4 pieces of Chicken Pakora in french fries for € 4.50? There are also no sauces, neither with pakora nor samosa. In terms of taste, it was okay as presented.

Large portions, quick preparation and very tasty food saved by very friendly staff

We usually order the same thing, but we do it well, gladly and often! It tastes delicious to us and it is always there in no time at all (except at the very peak times on weekends)!

For my family and me THE Indian restaurant in Freiburg. We order here as regular and the consistently high quality is always delivered and the delivery time is always reasonable and the drivers are super friendly. Loyalty is also rewarded :-) 5 stars +1 on top!

Have ordered at least a dozen times here and have never been disappointed. Almost always on time, warm and delicious. Will continue to order as long as nothing changes.

Goes quickly and tastes very good to me personally. In the end, I went straight there and had a delicious take-out dinner in my hand with a waiting time of 15 minutes, which was also something for spontaneous.

Ordered via Lieferando. Essen arrived punctually on Sunday after announcement after 1.5 hours. Friendly supplier and the food was excellent. Gladly again.

My first review here because I was really disappointed. Delivery half an hour late would not be so wild. But the almond sauce smelled and only tasted of vegetable broth powder. The lenses in the daal were still hard. Then I didn't try the third dish anymore. The naan bread was cold and chewy like the sole of a shoe. Really a shame, we were so happy.

Ordered food and also payed upfront but was never delivered. Disappointing.

Yesterday there were three of us spontaneously wanting something to eat there - none! You only get access if you have reserved in advance! Local was empty - well, then don't stop !!!

Formerly a nice place. This is still possible today if you reserve for a large group. But now there is only delivery service, possibly also collection, but rather warmed-up microwave products than freshly prepared dishes with daily products.

There was never a single complaint. Always friendly, always delicious & hot. Whether on site or as a delivery! Namaskar 🙏

Food was okay. We(2 people) ordered two butter naan, shahi chicken with rice and chicken pokoda(starter). Naans were served cold. Shahi chicken was so little even for one person, we had to order an extra curry sauce. Chicken pakoda was sooooo little, they served 4 pakoda with salad. Starter was the only thing we enjoyed. For all this I've paid like €25 and no drinking water purchased. We sneaked in a little bottle of water and managed to get caught, they've asked us to purchase water. Seriously ? Water should be FREE. Overall, you may skip this place and go to other restaurants in the city.

Very unfriendly (mainly the slightly stronger, tall man with a beard who, to my knowledge, only drives the delivery van) Supposedly Indian and Italian food. It was also at the beginning, was very delicious pizza. Think it is new tenants now. Called to order pizza, they shouted "There was never pizza here!" Of course, have not ordered anything. Food was delicious in the past. As it is now, no idea. So you can clearly hold no guests.

I first tried out the food here by ordering it online via Lieferando last week, and it was really good. So I decided to visit the place this weekend with a few friends. And we had a lovely time there :) The food was delicious! The ambience and decor of the place is very cosy. The prices are not too expensive (less than 20€ to have an appetiser, main course and a drink). The paneer was very soft and delicious :) The waitress, Salma, who attended to us was very sweet. I will definitely be going back here again.
